MOSFET Transistors

Linear Systems’ small signal MOSFET transistors consist of two MOSFETs on the same piece of silicon resulting in better matching and better performance over temperature. They also feature high input impedance, high breakdown voltage, and low capacitance. These devices are commonly used as switches in power electronics circuits and as amplifiers in analog circuits.
